After Thanksgiving, casserole is an awesome way to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers. Not just the leftover turkey, but the leftover stuffing and leftover mashed potatoes, too! You could even make this easy leftover turkey casserole as you are cleaning up Thanksgiving dinner and put it in the fridge for an easy meal to pop in the oven the next day.

I like to be able just to relax the day after Thanksgiving, so knowing that dinner is prepared and just needs to be heated is an awesome feeling. So how do you make the best leftover turkey casserole ever?
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread out 4 cups of prepared stuffing on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Mix 4 cups of chopped-up turkey with 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, garlic powder, ยผ cup Sour Cream, and spread it over the top of the stuffing.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream into 4 Cups of Mashed potatoes. ย Spread over the turkey layer. ย
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake. Since all the ingredients are already cooked, this casserole only needs to bake for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Prepared Stuffing
- 4 Cups Cooked Turkey Chopped up
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ยผ Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
- 3 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ยผ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 ยฝ Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread the stuffing in the bottom.
- Mix the turkey, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and ยผ cup Sour cream together. Spread over the stuffing.
- Beat the cream cheese, ยผ cup sour cream and 4 Cups of Mashed Potatoes together. Spread over the turkey layer.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top.
- Either place in the fridge to bake the next day or bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
