Candy Recipes

I may not have many candy recipes but the few I have are worth your time! They are quick, simple and definitely for those just learning or for kids.  Candy making isn't something I'm great at so if I can pull off easy homemade candy with few ingredients I feel pretty good about myself.  My kids love to make the Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Ritz.  I don't even have to help them much with them.  The Easy Turtle Pretzels are another one my kids can mostly do on their own.  The Almond Brittle is my special treat.  Seriously could eat the whole batch by myself.
