Why You'll Love This Recipe
- Chocolate peanut butter ritz crackers are yummy treats not just for the Christmas season. You can eat these anytime of the year!
Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
- Dipping Chocolate - I usually melt 10 oz of Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers with roughly 5 oz of Ghiradelli milk chocolate wafers or milk chocolate chips in a pinch. The milk chocolate takes the edge of the dark chocolate and softens the set up chocolate just enough so it's not too brittle. You can substitute chocolate almond bark for the dipping chocolate.
- Peanut Butter - You'll want to use creamy peanut butter. Almond Butter can be used in place of the peanut butter.
- Ritz Crackers - It shouldn't have to be said, but, this recipe uses the regular ritz crackers. Garlic butter ritz are not a good substitute. Also wouldn't use bacon onion flavored ones.
