Ingredient Notes
- Pizza Sauce - if you don't want store bought sauce here is a homemade Pizza Sauce recipe.
- Toppings - you can use any toppings you want. Pepperoni, canadian bacon, sausage or even chicken. Any kind of vegies or even pineapple work too!
Step by Step Instructions
- Add the yeast, sugar and warm water to the mixing bowl.
- Allow it to get foamy.
- Add the olive oil.
- Add the salt and flour.
- Knead into a sticky dough.
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Dump dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide in half.
- Roll out each half and sprinkle with the toppings of your choice.
- Don't go super thick with the toppings because it will make it harder to roll up.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up cinnamon roll style.
- Cut into slices about an inch thick using dental floss.
- Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cover and let rise for 20 minutes while your oven preheats to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.

Yes, after placing the sliced pizza rolls on a baking sheet place the baking sheet in the fridge instead on letting rise. They will finish rising in the fridge. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 5 tsp Active dry Yeast
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 2 Cups Warm Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 5 Cups All Purpose Flour
- Toppings
- 2-4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Add the yeast, sugar and warm water to a mixing bowl.
- Let yeast get foamy.
- Add the salt, olive oil and flour.
- Knead into a sticky dough.
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Dump risen dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide in half.
- Roll each half out into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Don't add them too thick or it will be hard to roll up.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up and slice into 1 inch thick slices. Cutting with dental floss works best for this.
- Place each piece on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cover to let rise for 20 minutes.
- While dough is rising, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before serving.
