Beat the heat with these no bake peanut butter bars! Their Reese’s peanut butter cup-like flavor will have you addicted after just one bite!
Since I’m still without an oven we are surviving on no bake treats here. This one is an all time favorite. Certainly not an original idea, but I’ve adjusted the ingredient amounts to my preference. If you have never had no bake peanut butter bars, you are in for a real treat! These taste much like Reese’s peanut butter cups. They are super easy and fast to make and will disappear quickly.

Measure the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar out into a mixing bowl. I personally like to just buy the box of graham cracker crumbs instead of crushing my own. If you are crushing your own I believe you will need between 2 and 3 packages to get 3 cups of fine crumbs. Stir the crumbs and powdered sugar together.
Pour in the melted butter and peanut butter.
Mix until everything is very well combined.
Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. You don’t need to spray the bottom or anything. I, however, like to line mine with parchment or wax paper so I can lift the whole thing out of the pan to cut them up.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave carefully and spread the melted chocolate over the top of the peanut butter part. Chill for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from the fridge and cut into squares. I like these more bite size so I got 48 squares.
Makes 36-48 squares depending on how small you cut them.
- 3 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/4 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Butter, melted
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment or wax paper if you are wanting to be able to lift these out of the pan to cut them up.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
Stir in the peanut butter and melted butter. Mix until very well combined.
Pat out evenly in a 9x13 pan.
Melt the chocolate chips carefully in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate across the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours. Cut into small squares and serve.
I believe this takes between 2 and 3 packages of graham crackers crushed in a food processor. I usually just buy the box of graham cracker crumbs for convenience. They are found in the baking aisle in most stores.
