Easy Lemon Cream Pie is a no bake dessert that's melt in your mouth creamy as well as brimming with the perfect amount of lemon flavor!

A slice of lemon cream pie.

As things heat up outside you'll be looking for more no bake recipes.  This Easy Lemon Cream Pie is a really simple no bake lemon pie.  You can make it the day before you need it without worrying the crust will be soggy.  And like all my other lemon recipes, this one does not lack in lemon flavor at all.  You can expect to enjoy that robust lemon flavor you crave!

How to make this lemon pie:

  • Whisk the pudding mix, the jello mix and the 2 cups of water together in a pot on the stove.
  • Bring it to a boil over medium high heat.
  • Remove from the heat, pour in a bowl, cover with saran wrap and chill.
  • Once it has cooled beat in one container of the cool whip.  Beat it well so that it's smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Fold in ½ of the second container of cool whip.
  • Spread into the walnut pie shell.
  • Chill for 4 hours.
  • Slice and serve with the remaining ½ container of cool whip.

Steps for making this lemon pie.

Other lemony recipes for my lemon loving friends!

I am a lemon addict.  I will even eat a lemon.  Seriously.  I know, I have a problem.  Anyway, I have quite a selection of lemony recipes.  The most popular recipe on my site is my Lemon Bundt Cake.  Read though the comments on that recipe if you need some convincing.  Newer to my site is this Lemon Sheet Cake.  It. Is. Amazing.  I also have a tried and true Lemon Bar recipe that will test you how to get that tongue tingling lemon flavor lemon bars should have.  If you're looking to start your day in a lemony way, have some of this Lemon Cream Syrup over some pancakes!  Or try these Lemon Danish Sweet Rolls!  Now for dinner.  Fresh lemons enhance all the other flavors in this Salmon Piccata and this Salmon Piccata Salad as well as giving it a good lemon tang.
