Thinly sliced roast beef, french onions and blue cheese dressing are just few things in this delicious dinner salad!

Check out this tangy dinner salad! Full of roast beef, peperoncinis, olives and topped with french onions and blue cheese dressing! Super quick and easy to prepare, too!

How to make:

  • Chop, rinse, and spin the romaine lettuce.
  • Thinly slice the deli roast beef.
  • Chop the red onions.
  • Drain the olives and peperoncini.
  • Toss the roast beef, red onions, olives, peperoncini and lettuce together.
  • Top with Brianna's creamy blue cheese dressing, parmesan and french fried onions.

What to serve with this salad:

I would serve this salad with a nice crusty loaf of homemade French Bread!  Some soft Dinner Rolls would be great as well!

Description

Thinly sliced roast beef, french onions and blue cheese dressing are just few things in this delicious dinner salad!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • One head Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ lb. Thinly Sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 1 Can Olives
  • 1 (16 oz) Bottle Thin Sliced Peperoncini
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Bottle Brianna's Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 Small Container French's Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Chop, rinse and spin the romaine lettuce.
  2. Thinly slice the roast beef into bite size pieces.
  3. Drain the olives and peperoncini.
  4. Chop up the red onion.
  5. Toss the lettuce, olives, peperoncini, and roast beef together.
  6. Divide up into 4 large dinner salads or 6 side salads.
  7. Drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.
  8. Top with the french fried onions and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve
