- ½ Cup Butter
- ¾ Cup White Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 ¼ Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 8 oz Butterfinger Bits 8 oz Bag
- 1 Cup Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter with white and brown sugar.
Add the egg, vanilla, and peanut butter.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Add the Butterfinger bits and the flour.
Mix well.
Scoop cookies by the tablespoonfuls or with a #40 cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheets.
Lightly flatten the cookie dough portions.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
- If you can't find the Butterfinger bits at the store, you can chop up 5-6 Butterfinger candy bars instead. You'll need 2 cups of chopped Butterfinger pieces.
