Crush mint Oreos in a food processor.
Press crust into a pie plate.
Melt chocolate with heavy cream.
Add mint extract and let cool.
Beat some heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold cooled chocolate into the whipped cream.
Pour chocolate filling into the prepared crust.
Chill to set.
