Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This quick and easy Parmesan crusted chicken only needs 4 ingredients. You'll love this tender, juicy chicken with it's crunchy crust!

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 to 1 ½ rolls of Garlic Butter Ritz Crackers
  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts in half or in thirds if they are large breasts. Place chicken strips in a gallon bag with the sour cream. Squish around until all the chicken is coated in sour cream. Put chicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Crush up the crackers and put them in a shallow dish with the parmesan cheese. Mix the cheese and crumbs together. Coat the chicken in the cheesy crumbs a piece at a time place on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space between each piece of chicken.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
