Pistachio Salad

Tired of the same old salads this summer? Give this pretty pistachio salad a try! It is cool, creamy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Crushed Pineapple undrained
  • 1 ½ Cups Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix all the above ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Note: You do not need to drain the pineapple. Just open and dump it in.
