White chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies are a personal favorite. They are a soft, chewy buttery cookie with white chocolate chips and crunchy macadamias.

Units Scale
  • 1 cup room temperature Butter (no substitutes)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Macadamia Nuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheets with either parchment paper. If you're not going to use parchment paper, spray your baking sheet well with non-stick cooking spray and be aware the cookies may still stick a little.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Add baking soda and salt. Stir in flour, white chocolate chips and macadamias. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Don't over bake! Cookies will look light and puffy when done. They will flatten upon cooling.
