Easy French Bread Soup Bowls

Only six very simple ingredients!

Dissolve yeast  with sugar  in warm water.

Add olive oil, salt and flour.

Knead until a very smooth elastic bread dough forms.

Let dough rise for 1 1/2 hours, kneading every 10 minutes the first hour.

Divide risen dough into equal pieces.

Place dough balls on a prepared baking sheet and allow to rise until doubled.

Cut off tops of cooled bread bowls and hollow out the centers. Fill with warm soup or chili.
