Tartar, Beat at High Speed
When foamy, add sugar.
Beat to stiff peaks.
FOLD the flour/powdered sugar into the egg whites.
Spoon batter into a tube pan.
Release Air Bubbles
Immediately invert cake right out of the oven and cool upside down.
Release from the pan, slice and serve!!!
