As promised here is a fantastic coffee cake recipe that would be perfect for Christmas morning breakfast! I love crumb toppings and I am not stingy with the amount of crumb topping on this cake. I think it is the best part! It only takes about 15 minutes to whip this up and get it into the oven. Brown sugar crumb topped coffee cake tastes great warm or cold.
