Layer 1:
- 4 cups Prepared Stuffing
Layer 2:
- 4 cups Chopped up Cooked Turkey
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Layer 3:
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
- 3 oz . Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Layer 4:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread the stuffing in the bottom.
- Mix the turkey, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder and 1/4 cup Sour cream together. Spread over the stuffing.
- Beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream and 4 Cups of Mashed Potatoes together. Spread over the turkey layer.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top.
- Either place in the fridge to bake the next day or bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
